The operations team is responsible for making sure the office/company runs smoothly, and is mission-critical for our success. For this team, we are looking for a new Office Manager.
About the job
The role The Office Manager will make sure the office runs smoothly with a balance between hospitality, fun, and professionalism and will contribute to the well-being of all our employees. Our ideal candidate values a structured approach, is a problem solver, and works well single-handedly as with others. Has a keen eye for detail, is a fast executor eager to see results, and thrives around people. Some of the responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- In charge of the daily lunch;
- Ordering groceries and office equipment;
- Booking transport and accommodation for travel;
- Organizing company events and conferences;
- Hosting our guests in the office;
- Dealing with correspondence;
- Make sure the office is a fun/pleasant/clean place to work.
Dit is wie je bent
- You have experience in working in an international (startup/scaleup) environment;
- You have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent written and spoken English and Dutch (accompanied by a healthy sense of humor);
- A proven passion for planning and organizing;
- A sense of ownership, the ability to prioritize projects/tasks, communicate clearly, follow through;
- Tech-savvy and are comfortable with a wide range of software, including Slack, Microsoft Office, and G Suite;
- Ability to effectively work cross-functional, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
