About the job
In this role you will work closely with the Creative Director across all visual projects. This role is about supporting and strengthening the creative process — helping translate direction into refined, impactful visuals that reflect the brand’s DNA. You’ll collaborate across design, content, styling, and marketing to ensure ideas come to life with the quality and energy that defines Daily Paper.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute creative concepts with the Creative Director for campaigns, lookbooks, and visual content
- Translate creative direction into moodboards, references, layouts, storyboards, and shoot prep.
- Support the Creative Director during shoots and productions, ensuring consistency of tone, style, and detail.
- Collaborate with designers, directors, photographers, stylists, and production teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Uphold high visual standards across all brand touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with visual trends, references, and cultural movements that align with Daily Paper’s world.
You’ll work directly alongside the Creative Director and be part of a small, ambitious creative team shaping the visual identity. This role is for someone who thrives on craft, collaboration, and pushing ideas to their highest potential.

- A strong visual thinker with 4–6 years of experience in fashion, creative production, or brand storytelling.
- Deep understanding of photography, film, design, and cultural aesthetics.
- Proficient in creating decks, visual direction boards, and presenting ideas.
- Comfortable working within a strong creative vision — detail-oriented and execution-driven.
- Collaborative, humble, and reliable under pressure.
- Passionate about culture and community and driven by a genuine connection to the people and stories around you.
