About the job
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of its global online business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as logistics, marketing, sales, and retail to ensure that all product, content, and operational processes run smoothly across the company’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Data Management
- Manage product information, pricing, and availability across e-commerce platforms.
- Support the setup and launch of new collections and product updates.
- Ensure all product content — including descriptions and imagery — is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct regular quality checks and contribute to ongoing webshop optimization.
Content & Communication
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align online content with campaigns and activations.
- Support the creation of content briefings for newsletters, product launches, and digital campaigns.
- Keep internal teams informed about e-commerce activities, promotions, and product changes.
Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock updates across departments.
- Support smooth collaboration between e-commerce operations and external partners.
Project Management & Process Improvement
- Assist in managing cross-functional e-commerce projects and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments.
Dit is wie je bent
- You bring 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
- You are a master organizer with sharp attention to detail.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and solve problems like a pro.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms? Even better!
- Familiar with task management tools like Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, etc.? A definite plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
