With offices in Amsterdam and Berlin, Let It Go represents international models and creators who embody authenticity, diversity, and empowerment. Since its founding in 2018, the agency has collaborated with brands such as Gucci, Celine, Balenciaga, Diesel, Adidas, Zara, and HighSnobiety. Their mission? To make the industry more inclusive, creative, and fair – while providing their talents with the tools to grow towards financial independence.
About the job
The COO holds a key position within Let It Go Management. Acting as the Founder’s right hand and the operational leader of the organization, the role encompasses strategy, team development, processes, and client relations. It is a position where leadership and entrepreneurship come together to further grow and professionalize the agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team (3 FTE + interns), ensuring clear processes, structure, and accountability.
- Take responsibility for daily operations: from bookings and client projects to contract management and financial processes.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, talents, production partners, and agencies.
- Develop a 12–18 month growth plan with concrete KPIs, financial discipline, and scalable workflows.
- Report to the Founder with weekly and monthly updates to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues (including a booker and office/finance manager).
- Safeguard Let It Go’s culture: creative, inclusive, and professional.

The ideal candidate combines an entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and is not afraid to make tough decisions. What you bring:
- At least 5–7 years of experience in a senior management or C-level role within talent, influencer, modeling, creator management, or a creative/advertising agency.
- Experience leading and growing teams.
- Strong background in strategy, business planning, and building scalable structures.
- Excellent communication skills; able to effortlessly switch between supporting an emerging talent and negotiating with a global fashion executive.
- A commercial drive paired with creative sensibility.
- Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
- Confident, positive, and decisive – even in high-pressure situations.

- Full-time position based at the Keizersgracht office in Amsterdam (with hybrid options).
- Salary between €67,000 – €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Start date: October 1, 2025 (with a handover period before the Founder’s maternity leave).
