Let It Go Management is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer who can take charge of the agency’s daily operations and prepare the organization for its next phase of growth. Starting November 2025, the Founder/CEO will go on maternity leave, and during this period, the COO will take full operational leadership – but not on a temporary basis! The goal is for the COO to remain in place once Lou, the Founder, returns. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact within an agency that is redefining the fashion and creator industries.
