Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them. About the job
An exciting opportunity to join our People Team and our team of enthusiastic 3D and tech specialists: INDG Grip is looking for a Vibe / Office Manager! In this role you build the buzz, you fly through jam-packed days, and you juggle between all the different tasks that make up our one-of-a-kind vibe. Over the past year we have been growing, a lot. Not only do we work from our Amsterdam and Bucharest office, but we’ve also built a team of talents working from all over the globe (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil...). We value personal connections a lot and we’re looking for someone that shares this value and understands how to surprise our people, with small gestures, our Christmas packages or events, globally (Amsterdam, Bucharest and virtual). Next to building the buzz, you’re responsible for the daily operations in our Amsterdam office. Probably one of the first ones in the office, making the place look and feel fabulous, preventing the team from going hungry by stocking the cupboards with delicious goodness. You’ll be part of our People Team reporting into the Head of People. In our team we believe in team efforts to drive happiness and new ideas. With your energy, great people skills and fab ideas you’ll drive the culture and vibe of the office making it an all-round great place to be.

What you will be doing:
- You build the vibe in our offices (Amsterdam and Bucharest) and online through company- and team events.
- You come up with out-of-the-box ideas on how to surprise and take care of your colleagues.
- You are responsible for our office spaces: from design to facilities and daily operations (including coffee, groceries and office supplies).
- You support HR with general administration
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Is people and care focused: you want to get to know your colleagues and know what we can do to make them feel special
- A great multi-tasker, making sure things are running smoothly
- Proactive, has a can-do attitude and prefers to take initiative, has common sense and the smarts to keep things moving day to day

This is an Amsterdam based full-time role working from the office, with travel to Bucharest. Most of our team works from Amsterdam or Bucharest, but we're a flexible company with flexible work options and many of our team work remotely. Our environment and our creative space are very important to us.
