Maium is looking for a Chief of Operations, who will manage the company’s daily affairs
At MAIUM we design outerwear for the city - sustainable rainwear with innovative bike functionalities. Simply use the zippers on each side of the coats to easily turn them into a bike poncho for a dry commute. All our raincoats are made from recycled plastic and we are committed to continuously search for durable and sustainable alternatives in production techniques, fabrics and raw materials. In our quest to get people fashionably dry on their bikes, we are looking for our next Chief of Operations, who will manage the company’s daily affairs. In this role you will be the essential link between the board and all operational teams. A high impact role for a conscious mindset.
About the job
- Deliver high functional growth performance through managing the right KPIs, coaching, and data-driven problem solving.
- Reporting out on performance criteria.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders - the Maium home team and an extended team of skilled professionals.
- Drive international growth through an extended international sales ad advertising team.
- Work directly with the founders and be involved in all strategic decision making.
Dit is wie je bent
- 5 years+ experience in leading and coaching growth teams, bonus points for retail and extra bonus for fashion.
- Academic thinking levels with a preferred background in business or finance.
- Analytical approach with experience in setting and driving KPIs - using data to drive decision making.
- A team player with coaching and people-development skills - empowering leadership and autonomous decision making.
- Open and direct communication skills: you take the lead when the situation calls for it with a problem solving mentality.
- Comfortable with working remote and managing operational teams remotely.
- Scale up businesses require a hands on mentality, quickly adapting to the changing environment and excel under pressure.
