Nobel is an Amsterdam based specialist recruitment agency, founded in 2017. We connect fast-growing SaaS/Tech companies to commercial talent from graduate to VP level. Started from a living room and growing >100% per year ever since! We have a market leading position in The Netherlands and our strategy is to become market leaders in the main Tech hubs in mainland Europe before 2025. After a successful launch in Paris, we are now aiming to officially open our Berlin business in Q4 in 2021 as well. We are with a team of 16 people based out of a beautiful office in Amsterdam. About the job

In the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter it is your responsibility to attract great talent for our teams in Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin. We see this function as one of the key-links to our future growth and success, which means you will have great influence on the company and its roadmap. Up to this point, we have been able to recruit our team members mostly through word-of-mouth and have an outstanding retention rate. Because of our future growth ambitions, we need you to help scale-up our TA function. You will have full autonomy to create your recruiting strategy and we will allocate an appropriate budget for you to use. You will of course create a hiring plan for 2022, but we expect that your goal is to recruit about 1-2 great hires per month in the first year. When you are successful in this role, we will create a shared roadmap that will enable to you to become Recruitment Manager and build your own corporate recruitment team.

  • Trackrecord of >2 years in recruitment
  • Experienced in recruiting commercial candidates
  • Finished Bachelor or Master degree (or a great reason as to why you did not finish😉)
  • Fluent/native speaker in English and preferably Dutch/German or French
  • A team player with a drive to succeed

  • 4 days or 5 days’ workweek
  • Salary between €40.000 - €60.000
  • 1 day per week working from home option
