Fonda is a café and coffee bar at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. Fonda presents two distinct locations within the museum where visitors may pause and relax while staying connected to the museum’s creative energy.
Oficina zoekt Content & Brand Marketeer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content & Brand Marketeer to join our team and help shape the stories of our two businesses: Fonda Café and Coffee Bar at the Stedelijk Museum, and Oficina.
As our Content & Brand Marketeer, you will be the driving force behind how our brands speak, look, and grow. You’ll create meaningful communication, develop brand-strengthening content, run campaigns, and keep all touchpoints aligned and consistent. We’re a small, close-knit team with lots of ideas and exciting plans, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating, organising, and building a strong, consistent brand experience.
Fonda is our Café and Coffee bar, both located inside the Stedelijk Museum. After a successful first year in the museum, we’d love your help telling our story to more people around the world, so they know where to find us!
At Oficina, we serve specialty dishes and drinks in our small canteen, run an online webshop, host workshops and dinners, and design catering concepts for our clients.
About the job
For both Oficina and Fonda, you will:
- Increase visibility and strengthen brand awareness through consistent, engaging communication across online and offline channels.
- Find creative and effective ways to reach our current and potential audience, helping us grow our presence and evolve our brand identity.
- Act as the consistency keeper across both brands, ensuring tone of voice, visuals and messaging remain aligned.
- Use data and insights to inform content decisions, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Write clear, engaging and on-brand copy for newsletters, website, product pages, social media and press-related materials that feel relevant and inspiring.
- Manage and optimise our Instagram channel through strategic content planning, performance tracking and creative experimentation.
- Create and maintain content calendars that support brand strategy, campaign roll-outs and long-term growth.
- Keep our websites, menu’s, Google listings, and other communication touchpoints up to date.
- Roll out online campaigns for new products, ideas, or events.
- Assist with designing posters, menus, flyers, packaging and small marketing materials and prepare artwork for print (formatting, exporting, bleed, resolution checks).
- Assist with webshop and event-related tasks when needed.
- Spot trends and translate them into fresh ideas for both brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with press, media, and partners.
Dit is wie je bent
- You have at least two years of experience in a content marketing role or a related role.
- You have a strong sense of tone of voice and enjoy writing short marketing copy.
- You’re hands-on, flexible, and comfortable keeping the overview between different tasks.
- You enjoy working independently towards your deadlines, but also collaborate well within a small, dynamic team.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; Dutch is a bonus.
- You work confidently with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Photography skills are a plus as we shoot almost all our content ourselves.
