Originalhome is an international eco-design and ethically sourced lifestyle brand for home decoration. We put our passion and expertise towards a social cause; to make this world a little bit greener and people friendlier. We create interior objects that are original & sustainable and contribute to a social cause at the same time. In other words: PUTTING PEOPLE AND PLANET BEFORE PROFIT Our products are designed to avoid a negative impact on the planet as much as possible. We create, design, and produce together with gifted crafts(wo)man, interior decoration that is 100% natural and environmentally friendly. We use natural, renewable, recycled, or easily biodegradable materials in every aspect of our company. Currently, 65% of our collection is made from waste. Waste is beautiful! We collaborate with local entrepreneurs who work in a sustainable manner with (rural) communities in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Tanzania. We embed the fair trade principles of equality, respect, partnership, transparency, fair pricing, safe working conditions throughout the chain. We are a small and fast-growing sustainable lifestyle brand and are looking for a creative marketing talent to help us grow even further. You are a creative all-round marketeer that loves a dynamic working environment. Your main goal is to create engaging content to attract new leads, convert them into buyers, and improve loyalty. You have lots of energy, you are multi-disciplinary, and want to make a social impact. Your hands-on mentality does not make you less accurate and you are the best organizer in the world. We offer you a position where you can develop and grow to your full potential in the exciting field of green marketing and doing good at the same time. Tasks
- You develop & execute effective on- and offline marketing campaigns based on our marketing strategy
- You are responsible for on- and offline content creation for all our (social) media channels; like the originalhome website, Instagram, Pinterest, press, catalogs, and other collateral (copy, images, video)
- You brief your co-creators such as designers, photographers, packaging specialists, etc
- and assist them in their designing process or photoshoots and safeguard our brand guidelines
- You keep the originalhome websites up to date and expand our other channels
- You research markets and customers to identify opportunities and issues to improve communication with potential customers and to monitor the performance of campaigns
- You bring our internal processes on lead generation and customer conversions up to date
- Last but not least: You support in, the preparation of, trade shows and you keep our agents and distributors up to date about our marketing activities

Profile & Competences
- Marketing and content creation is your passion
- You have an eye for (interior) design and composition
- You have a way with words, your copy (EN) is fun and easy to read and enables conversion
- Impeccable English 😊
- You are entrepreneurial, creative, result-driven, hands-on, and accurate
- Because of the variety of tasks you are a structured worker
- You are a peoples person with a social hart
- and you care for the environment
- You work well together
- You are experienced in Google Analytics, Photoshop, MS Office, CMS Mailchimp, etc
- You finished your bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or related areas
- and have at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Available for at least 32 hrs a week, preferably full time
