Over the past five years, we've conducted cultural research in more than 20 European cities to decode the fabric and intricacies of Youth, Sports, Fashion and Music Culture. This deep understanding of nuances drives our strategic approach and keeps our work close to relevant insights.

About the job

direction behind campaigns, brand concepts, and cultural initiatives. You bring curiosity, structure, and conceptual thinking to the table, helping turn insights into creative ideas that resonate. Working across different stages of the creative process. You will support the creative team with creative (out-of-the box) thinking, sharp references, and thoughtful contributions. You'll work on exciting projects for clients like FIFA, Nike, Alpha Industries, Lofi, Prime Video and Snipes.

You're studying in a creative or strategic field, or you bring a background that fits the role. You're passionate about how culture moves — from music and fashion to the online spaces where trends emerge. You're naturally curious, quick to spot what's next, and skilled at translating new ideas, references, and creative shifts into sharp strategic thinking. You take initiative, work with focus, and enjoy contributing ideas that push things forward in a team setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts for campaigns, platforms, and brand initiatives
  • Translate strategic input into creative directions, narrative outlines, visual cues, and concept building blocks
  • Research trends, scenes, and creative communities to fuel concept direction and build a strong library of visual and strategic references
  • Support network building by identifying relevant talent, collaborators, and creative references that can enrich concept development
  • Take part in brainstorms, concept reviews, and creative sessions with the team

  • Clear and confident communication skills in English
