About the job

You’ll work on a diverse set of projects where the conversation with users and prospects plays a central role. Being a great questioner and listening active to our warm leads and existing customers are your superpowers. Which helps you discover the general sentiment of the usage of our product. Based on this found information you’ll strategically think along with the user on how to optimize their experience with Salonized which will lead to a thriving salon business. You are a proud bearer of the Make Work Beautiful Club and your contagious love for our product helps you woo our customers.

This position plays a **crucial role **in the growth of Salonized hence why we are looking for a consultative sales hero who can connect with our (potential) customers, give demos & onboardings to explain the benefits of Salonized and the opportunities it offers, but also invests in the relationship to grow beauty businesses in line with Salonized.

Our customers are included in all processes, developments, and decisions we make. We are therefore proud of receiving a 9.2 (out of 10) ranking for our service on Trustpilot. To further meet this standard and keep on rocking when we guide our customers, we are looking for you!

HOW YOU WILL HAVE AN IMPACT

  • You will be responsible for the growth of your portfolio following our business OKR's
  • You will be responsible for achieving commercial targets by actively converting inbound leads (demonstrations & onboardings) into active users;
  • You will follow up on your leads to track their performances
  • You will be in contact with our current customer base to upsell our software;
  • You will advise salons on how to optimize their business by using our software and potentially add them on our partner platform Treatwell as a growth driver;
  • You bring in new ways and ideas to achieve upgrades with our users;
  • You will make sure to understand and act onto our partners challenges and as a result reduce our churn rate to the bare minimum;
  • As this is a brand new team, you'll be setting up efficient new processes together with our CSM lead;
  • You will support the lead to build up an userfriendly CRM system for reporting progress;
  • You'll inspire our customer base & team by living, acting and spreading our mission;
  • You're the ambassador of our Make Work Beautiful Club.

  • You like to think about improvements and innovations to create a better customer experience and know how to escalate issues, so your stakeholder management is on fleek;
  • First-hand experience in account management is advantageous, preferably >4 years experience that you bring to the table;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • French and/or German speaking is a big plus;
  • Affinity with the beauty industry.
