About the job
The challenge In this role you will support Anouk de Wolff and Anneke Holl in their mission to help companies build happy and performance driven workplaces. Where Anouk is in the lead when it comes to the strategic and talent acquisition part, Anneke is your know it all professional in HR, or as we like to call it “People & Culture” . A powerteam who can teach you a lot about how to set up people related processes from scratch. The main stakeholders for our company are the founders, which means you will learn a lot about how tech companies work and what kind of problems they might be facing during rapid growth. Depending on your personal skills you will take on different tasks, in the following categories: Onboarding Support in developing a smooth onboarding process from their first day, to the end of their first month. Retention Cultural value definition and implementation, Employee happiness challenges, performance loop implementation. Honestly, the list of possibilities goes on and on. 🙂

About you
- You are working or ready for the next step in a relevant field
- You are strong in working independently and you are highly proactive
- You are very motivated to learn more about the tech scale-up world
- You are interested in developing yourself in the field of People & Culture
- You are fluent in English, and ideally you speak fluent Dutch as well.
