About the job
Take ownership of the Stashed Discord: structure, releases, onboarding, and engagement. Lead EU/UK sneaker drops from leak to launch, and turn our community into high-value content, product decisions, and flawless release execution — always staying two steps ahead.
- Run and grow the Stashed Discord — own structure, release channels, onboarding, and engagement.
- Stay ahead of drops and leaks — package data, monitors, and sources into clear, actionable updates.
- Bridge community and content — turn insights into high-performing posts across Discord, socials, and blog.
- React instantly to breaking news — members hear it from you first.
- Create and refine SOPs — simplify workflows, spot automation opportunities, and work with the dev team.
- Boost onboarding & retention — make new members feel welcome and hooked from day one.
- Support expansion — help extend beyond sneakers into streetwear, hype toys, and more.
