Studio Aest is looking for a Social Media Strategist
Studio Aest is a strategic design agency based in Amsterdam, specialized in art and interior brands. We build full brand experiences, from brand strategy and visual identity to websites, social media and content creation, ensuring that every touchpoint connects seamlessly. We collaborate with brands in the art and interior world like AtKris Studio, Two Story, Motarasu and Mia Karlova Galerie.
About the job
As a Social Media Strategist, you bridge strategy, creativity and execution. You develop social strategies, translate brand stories into content plans, optimize performance and guide our social media assistant in the day-to-day execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder & creative director, designer and a team of trusted freelancers including our photographer, videographer and advertiser. Together, you’ll elevate brands both visually and strategically, shaping how they grow and present themselves online.
What you’ll do
You’re responsible for the social media strategy, planning and overall quality for our clients.
- Develop social strategies based on brand positioning and audience insights
- Translate strategy into monthly content plans and creative formats
- Guide and support the social media assistant in daily execution and manage social media accounts
- Collaborate with other team members and freelancers (advertiser, photographer, videographer)
- Analyze and optimize performance and engagement
- Communicate with clients about strategy, content and planning
- Safeguard tone of voice, visual identity and quality across all platforms
- Bring structure and clarity to the social media process
Dit is wie je bent
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content strategy or creative direction (agency or brand experience preferred)
- Experience collaborating with or guiding a small creative team
- A strong eye for aesthetics, art and design and the ability to translate this into social storytelling
- Analytical and data-driven, you turn insights into improvements
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Independent, structured and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
