On this journey, our communication with fans is essential 🎯. We are looking for a versatile copywriter who will be part of our Customer Experience team and will deliver our customer-facing copy. We need someone who can write with our fans, organizers and the general public in mind, and can transform a concept into a tangible piece of copy. The Customer Experience Copywriter will play a crucial role in the experience of TicketSwap users and will be the driving force in the extension from reactive to proactive customer support. In this role it's essential that you can place yourself in the shoes of our customer, anticipate their issues and identify their needs.

  • You are available for 40 hours per week;
  • You speak native Dutch and are fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus;
  • You have hands-on experience in copywriting, blogging and/or writing FAQ’s;
  • You are analytical and use data to back your decisions;
  • You are result-oriented and always looking to make improvements;
  • You have experience in Customer Support and know how to help our fans through written word;
  • You possess the ability to communicate complexity in simple terms;
  • You bring strong project management skills, and can juggle your work in Support with your copywriting workload.
