WBP is a compact team and projects achieve the very best result working together, exchanging ideas, flexibility of mind and being open to new directions.

Our projects are involve interiors on both land and sea: same quality, same level of detail. Making our clients smile is a vital part of delivering quality and candidates will benefit most with an affinity for sailing yacht interiors. 

About the job

  • Main goal: smooth running of the office and support of the directors and design team
  • diary: coordinate appointments, meetings and travel: book flights, hotels and car hire
  • communication: answer telephone, arrange couriers, visit post office and correspondence.
  • administration: work with accountant and prepare travel expenses and invoices.
  • project work for wbp: order project samples, data folder correspondence. One-off items assistance to project teams. Important: back-up on day before presentations
  • running office: organize office and server, order kitchen and office supplies, welcome guests, make coffees for visitor meetings.
  • purchase and logistics for wbp+: arrange and keep track of budget and quotations, check invoices, arrange transport and receive orders of furniture and decorative accessories.
