Freelance Junior Personal Assistent For A Music Artist at Headfirst Music

We are looking to recruit a structured, and service minded Personal Assistant to support a full time artist. As a Personal Assistant, you will have an assisting, confidential and coordinating role in the artist’s personal and professional life. The artist is based in Amsterdam but travels most of the year. You will act as a team and will have one-on-one communication with the artist and management team. Your key responsibilities will include: -Time management -Administrative support -Logistic support -Household management Varied duties in support of the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is smart, reliable, driven, flexible, has excellent time management skills, general understanding or interest in the music and fashion industry. Has working experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. Requirements: -Fluent in English -Based in Amsterdam -Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote -Driver’s license -Resilient, service minded and positive pro-active attitude.
