About the job

At Headroom Assistance we're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our global team.

We are looking for a skilled (Remote) Learning & Development Specialist to join our team, you’ll be joining our growing 40+-person team in a global position. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs that meet the learning and development needs of our employees. Your job is to maintain a positive and engaging learning platform that fosters employee growth and development for our EA’s. Via this platform, EA’s all over the world can be trained, motivated and educated via various training courses. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and must be a true superstar when it comes to facilitating remote training.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement training programs for employees to foster a (remote) learning environment for various departments; 
  • Collaborate with HoP, hiring managers/coaches, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth L&D process and stimulate a ‘hungry to learn’ culture;
  • Develop relationships with all employees (our Headroomies) and act as a key point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have regarding their development;
  • You will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs;
  • You will also be responsible for keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry and implementing best practices in your training programs;
  • Additionally, you may be responsible for the training of people managers to conduct efficient performance reviews;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of various training-sessions, incorporating feedback from employees and stakeholders;
  • Oversee all aspects of the L&D process, including pre-boarding activities, orientation, and training.
Dit is wie je bent
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Training & Development, Business or related field;
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in remote training & development, preferably in a fast paced environment;
  • Experience working with LMS systems. E-learning authoring tools, video editing software and virtual classroom software;
  • Blended learning approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently; self-starter.
